I’m Dajon Medlock, the accountant who actually speaks your language. I’m the founder of DAM Consulting & Advisory, headquartered in Wyoming with a physical presence in Washington DC, serving clients remotely nationwide. We help entrepreneurs across the nation get control of their money, build real strategy, and scale without the stress headaches. Before launching my firm, I spent a decade in the accounting trenches. I graduated from the University of Kansas with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration, then kicked off my career in public accounting performing audits for nonprofits and for-profit organizations. From there, I moved into private industry as Head Accountant for a government consulting firm and later as Senior Accountant at a datacenter real estate company. Translation: I’ve seen every type of financial system you can imagine, and I know how to make them work for business owners, not against them. In 2024, I took everything I learned, including the tax strategy, the financial structure, and all the moments where I thought this could be so much easier, and launched DAM Consulting & Advisory. My mission is simple: turn financial confusion into clarity and help entrepreneurs build wealth instead of worry.
